Claire is a screen print Artist based in south London. Her inspiration comes from the worlds biggest film industry, Bollywood. At present she is developing a range of work inspired by vintage Bollywood iconography circa 1980 that she screen prints on to multiple media including paper and large wooden panels. Claire has done extensive research into the film Industry of India and its rich heritage of movie memorabilia and spoken to collectors in India who are now finding and preserving what has not been lost over the decades. There is a growing movement and appreciation for these images and to keep them alive for a new generation of movie goers.
